Rogue Hangout

Luke stretched across the bare landscape and yawned. His claws retracted and he sheathed them. He licked his paws and gave a gruff grunt.

Ambrosia stepped out of her den, noticing Luke and snarling, “Go do something useful you mangy furball!” She unsheathed her claws. This was normally like her, demanding and vicious for an exterior.

Luke turned towards his "leader" Ambrosia. "Like what?" he snorted. He almost laughed. What could he do? Did she want him to hunt? The lands they were in were had little to no prey.

“Go spy on LightClan, that’s what. Do not test me again.” Ambrosia spat furiously. She raked her claws on a small rock, glancing around.

One may say that it was curiosity that brought Silencefire to the Rogue Hangout but if any had asked her she would have just sneered in her usual way and ignore them. She had heard of the group, a vicious group, led by a cat of the name Ambrosia while the small cat was not interested in joining the so-called group she was however interested in who this particular cat was. Was she truly evil as Silencefire had heard or was she one of those who only pretended? Pausing at a grove of trees she narrowed her placid blue eyes and breathed deeply, there were two cats here, a tom-cat and a she-cat. Was one of them, Ambrosia? Twitching her whiskers in thought the white-coated cat pushed forwards and strode without a care past the trees and once more stopped as she caught sight of the cats that she had detected. Lashing her tail side to side she tilted her head and watched quietly for a moment as if observing the two after watching them for what seemed moons she finally moved forwards towards the two. "Which one of you is Ambrosia?" she mewed in a rather bored tone, her blue eyes raking over the tom-cat, was he Ambrosia or was it the she-cat?

Ambrosia’s eyes darted away from Luke and to a small she-cat, “I am Ambrosia, what of it!” She snarled, padding over to the cat, raking her deep and dog-like claws on Luke before stopping in front of her. “What do you want? You look like a part of ShadeClan, maybe even SplashClan, but if you don’t smell like a normal cat!” She hissed, her face contorted in anger right in front of the mysterious cat, towering over her.

Silence turned her eyes from the tom to look at the she-cat who spoke. Quietly the white she-cat watched as the other feline moved towards her and raked her claws against the tom. The she-cat seemed annoyed at her question which filled Silencefire with a strange satisfaction. Calmly the small cat watched the female that had announced herself as 'Ambrosia' and didn't flinch or make a move away when Ambrosia stopped in front of her.  "ShadeClan? SplashClan? What are these that you speak of?" she returned in a dull manner, tail waving behind her. Despite being much smaller than the cat named Ambrosia, Silencefire was quite relaxed. "What do I want?" she mewled thoughtfully then grinned, her eyes flashing "Why I do not think you could give it to me even if I did ask for it." she mewed

Luke growled. "Who in the outlands are you?" He stepped forward, unsheathed his claws and snarled. He got ready to leap.

Ambrosia said nothing and slashed her claws against Luke’s face, not bothering to look at him. “I asked to know what you wanted, not if I could give it to you, I wouldn’t anyways.” She snarled in her natural low tone.

Shadow, who was as always silently listening nearby, didn’t say a word. She just sat in her usual spot by a rock and watched with her emerald eyes.

Luke noticed Shadow out of the corner of his eye. He growled and walked over to her. "What are you staring at?" Luke snarled.

Shadow continued to stay silent, not bothering to answer Luke. Since his question was not important to her, she did not feel the need to reply.

Luke nudged her with all his strength. "Are you deaf?" He snapped. He slashed her ears. "If you weren't then, you are now," he laughed cruelly. Obviously, he had done no damage, but he still hoped to make it bleed.

Shadow, her nerves having snapped from the tom, unsheathed her claws and lunged at him. She snarled in his face and bared her sharp white teeth. “Don’t ever do that again.” She growled angrily before pinning his throat, her claws barely touching his skin. She wasn’t an easy cat to get along with, but could easily be angered and ferocious. She then backed off, glaring at him and keeping her claws unsheathed.

He snorted. "And what if I do?" Quick as a flash, to quick for Shadow to react, he pinned her by the shoulder so she couldn't move. He slashed across her eye, knowing this could not be avoided and would hurt a lot. "I'd suggest you'd not test me," Luke snarled.

Shadow hissed from her eye being cut, blood already swelling from the wound. She bared her teeth again and aimed for his throat, biting down hard. At that moment, she had no care in the world if she killed him, nor if Ambrosia intervened. She was tired of being messed with for not doing anything wrong. She used her hind feet and shoved them into his stomach, hard enough to knock some air out of him.

Luke stumbled back and gasped as the air was knocked out of him. He snarled and leaped forward, then turned around and used his hind paw to kick her in the jaw.

Shadow spat at him, her jaw going numb with pain after he kicked her. With her one good eye, she leapt onto his back, and despite the pain in her jaw, she bit down on the back of his neck. She aimed for the spot where cats normally go weak at; where a mother always picks her kit up at. After she held on, she raked her back claws along his flank, hoping to draw blood as he did to her.

Luke went stiff as Shadow bit into the weak of his neck. He then felt claws piercing his flank. He felt blood trickle down and he fell to the ground, not dead, but injured.

Shadow growled and backed off once more, her left eye swollen and covered in blood, and her lower jaw throbbing with pain. Her eyes were glowing bright green as she stared at him, before walking off to clean herself up.

Luke growled. He got to his paws and kicked a rock at her head while her back was turned. But he stayed a safe distance away from her, out of paw's reach.

Shadow ignored the rock, not even flinching as it grazed her ear. She then proceeded to clean her wounds, including her eye which had dried blood on it now. She then found nearby cobwebs in some cracks of rocks and placed them on her wounds. Then she decided to lay down, hiding behind a few bigger rocks.
