ShadeClan's Camp

ShadeClan Camp

The ShadeClan camp is surrounded by rock and its territory is in the mountains, which borders the forest where WhisperClan roam. The camp, like said before is surrounded by rock and the dens are mini caves which are hollowed. The camp rock where the clan meets is a round rock which is flat on top. The leader's den is near it.

Iceshard sat down in the middle of camp, his eyes looking at the ground. he took another glance around, His eyes landing on Round Rock. He found himself walking towards it.

A strange gray and white loner padded into ShadeClan camp, a strange scent had led her here, as she entered and looked around, she noticed several cats. This must be the so-called Clans. She thought.

Iceshard growled as he noticed a she-cat enter the camp. He growled and stalked up to her. "Hey, who are you?" He growled.

The loner looked at the white Tom, “I am Rain, I have no intention of hurting you, and you are?” She replied. He was the scent! “You smell different than most cats, why is that?”

The tom looked confused. "Um, I'm not sure what you mean," He was weirded out. Did he smell different?

The Shadeclan warrior smiled slightly, "I'm Iceshard, what are you doing here on clan territory?"

"I don't know, why not?" she sarcastically replied with a smile, "I went looking for a clan, wanted to see what they look like." she lashed her tail as this was the first cat she'd seen in as long as she could remember.

Iceshard felt his fur stand up in irritation. "You should probably talk with the clan leader then," he replied gruffly. He then turned and walked away from the loner.

She silently padded back over to Iceshard, "and where is that?" she whispered, trying to startle him. "After that I'll leave you alone."

Iceshard looked at her. "Well, in the leader's den of course," he said as if it were obvious.

"Where is the leader's den then?" she replied, sounding annoyed. "Remember, I don't understand any of this." she lashed her tail, waiting impatiently for an answer

Iceshard groaned inward, then pointed over to where Round Rock was. "Behind that rock is where you'll find the leader's den," he paused. "But make sure you make yourself known so Shadestar isn't spooked and tries to kill you." Iceshard chuckled as he said the last part.

Rain dipped her head in thanks, and padded towards the leaders den. After a few moments all that could be heard was a short yowl, before coming back. “Well I thought she was gonna kill me.”

Iceshard smiled. He then looked at her. "Why are you here though?" He felt his claws wanting to unsheathe, but he controlled himself. He disliked rogues, but loners made him slightly confused. He looked into her eyes, his green eyes burning for an answer.

Rain slightly chuckled, “Why? I’ve already told you.” Her eyes challenged his, even if she was a loner, she could fight for herself. “I wished to see what the clans were like.”

Iceshard snorted. "Uh huh, what is the real reason your here?" Iceshard just didn't believe that she was here just to look at what the clans were like.

Rain didn’t back down, “I told you, oh by the way, you don’t scare me. Sorry.” She wasn’t lying, she didn’t know how to. Not for a second did she think of unsheathing her claws. She smiled, “Any more questions?”

Iceshard rolled his eyes. "I really don't care for your not scared." He smiled then. "Yes, I do. Can you leave?"

“Fine, I live in the mountains, so I’ll be there.” Rain quickly replied with a slight purr, before padding out of camp. Better than I expected.

Clearpaw, who was eager to go after the rogue and chase her out of their territory, was quietly awaiting any orders from her mentor. She wanted to go hunting with Shadestar, but also wanted to check on her father.

Shadestar padded out of her den next to Clearpaw, “Did you see where the loner went, or figure out where she lives? I told her she could stay.” Her voice was directed to Iceshard but could have asked Clearpaw as well.

“From what i heard she said she lived in the mountains and she left a few moments ago. Not very long.” Clearpaw spoke up first, looking to her mentor with curious eyes. She had never heard of her mentioning an outside cat before, so her curiosity was peaked.

Lionsong padded out of the nursery, her two kits following right after. She was happy they were both in a safe area, knowing their new home would protect them better than being alone in the wilderness.
