The Outlands are the lands beyond the clans, where rouges sometimes roam. In the murks of the Outlands are bare trees and muddy swamps, with hardly any food. The ground is cracked and the sun is as hot as lava. But there are other dangers. Foxes, Twolegs (But rarely) and badgers, as well as snakes and other nasty critters. Cats can go here but at your own risk.
